Can I return or exchange my order?

Because many of our items are made to order and/or personalized, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us, we’re always happy to help and will do our best to resolve the situation.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing times may vary depending on the product and customization. Please check the item description for full and specific details.

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, unless the item has already entered production. Customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
